I send all Australian orders via Australia Post. I endeavour to send your order as soon as possible. All candles are made by hand to order, so your patience is appreciated. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be dispatched. 

You will receive a tracking number for your order upon dispatch to track your order.

Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it does happen I will happily take responsibility for it. Please contact me at info@dreamcatchercandles.com.au to organise the return of damaged goods. Please note I do not accept change of mind returns.
